Mind are a national charity who offer help and support with mental health and wellbeing.
The Samaritans are there for you, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with their freephone helpline on 116 123.
Talk Suicide offers free training and advice to help you recognise when someone is feeling down, desperate, or struggling with feelings of wanting to die.
The national NHS website provides generic information around mental health and wellbeing, self-help information and how to spot the signs someone else may be struggling.
