Love Your Smile!
Who doesn’t want to look their best, right? Your smile is a huge part of how people see you. But keeping your teeth in check isn’t just about looking good – it’s about feeling good too. Good oral hygiene helps prevent things like tooth decay, gum disease, and bad breath, so your mouth stays fresh and healthy.

- Brush twice a day: Spend 2 minutes brushing your teeth at night before bed and once more during the day (maybe after breakfast or lunch – whatever works for you!). It’s a quick way to keep your teeth clean, your mouth fresh, and to avoid cavities and gum problems.
- Don’t rinse right after brushing! After you brush, spit out the toothpaste but don’t rinse with water straight away. Rinsing washes away the fluoride left on your teeth, which helps protect them for longer.
- Use fluoride toothpaste: Make sure your toothpaste has fluoride in it – it helps fight cavities. Just check the ingredients on the box.
- Floss daily: Floss or use interdental brushes to remove food bits and plaque between your teeth. This helps keep your breath fresh and your gums healthy.
- Limit sugary foods and drinks: Too many sweets can lead to tooth decay. Choose water and crunchy veggies to naturally clean your teeth while snacking.
- Pick the right toothbrush: Look for a toothbrush with both long and short bristles (angled ones are best). If you’re using an electric toothbrush, one with a rotating or oscillating head can more effective than a manual one.
